W SOLAR provides a limited warranty for all products, covering the following:

  • Material Defects: If the product fails due to material or manufacturing defects during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
  • Performance Guarantee: We guarantee that the product will perform as specified under normal usage conditions.

2. Warranty Period

  • Solar Panels: 25-year linear performance guarantee, 10-year material and workmanship warranty.
  • Inverters: 2-year limited warranty.
  • Charge Controllers: 2-year limited warranty.
  • Other Accessories: 1-5 year limited warranty (refer to the product manual for details).

3. Warranty Terms and Conditions

  • Eligibility: This warranty applies only to products purchased from official W SOLAR channels.
  • Normal Use: The warranty covers products used under normal conditions. Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or natural disasters is not covered.
  • Installation Requirements: Products must be installed by qualified technicians following W SOLAR's installation guidelines.
  • Repair and Replacement: To request a repair or replacement, please contact our customer service team. Unauthorized repairs or modifications will void the warranty.
