Order Processing

For contiguous U.S. orders: Processing time takes 1–3 business days.

Shipping

W SOLAR offers various shipping methods, including free ground shipping on many products. Items eligible for free shipping will be indicated on the product listing page.

  • Shipping times are based on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and weekends).
  • Depending on your order, your purchase may arrive in multiple packages.
  • For orders valued at $200 or more, a signature may be required. If you would like to waive the signature requirement, please inform us as soon as possible at 1-877-988-6677.
  • Not all items are eligible for Two-Day or One-Day shipping due to size, weight, hazardous materials, or delivery address.
  • Shipments cannot be rerouted once a package has been shipped.
  • Replacement orders due to shipping errors or damages will be sent via ground shipping and cannot be expedited.
  • Shipping damages must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Photos of the damage, shipping label, and outer box must be provided for a damage claim.

We understand that professional installation is often required. However, we strongly recommend that you wait until you have received and inspected your order before scheduling installation. While we strive for timely deliveries, unexpected delays may occur, and W SOLAR cannot be held responsible for any scheduling issues.

Continental U.S. Shipping Methods

  • Ground Shipping: Most W SOLAR products qualify for free ground shipping, which takes 3–5 business days.
  • Two-Day Shipping: Available for orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on a business day will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
    • Expedited orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
    • Not all items are eligible for Two-Day Shipping due to size, weight, hazardous materials, or delivery address.
  • One-Day Shipping: Available for orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on a business day will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
    • Expedited orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
    • Not all items are eligible for One-Day Shipping due to size, weight, hazardous materials, or delivery address.
  • Freight Shipping:
    • Free freight shipping is available for U.S. customers.
    • Return orders shipped via freight will incur a $500 fee ($250 for delivery and $250 for return transportation).
    • Other freight delivery charges:
      • Remote area deliveries: Additional charges of $50–$270 may apply.
      • Limited access deliveries (e.g., schools, churches): Additional fees start at $50.
      • Address changes or rescheduled deliveries: Subject to storage fees ($20/day) and rerouting fees ($75–$300).

International Shipping

Depending on your location, W SOLAR may be able to ship internationally. Please email your address to sales@wsolar.com, and we will check shipping rates and service availability. International shipping typically takes 5–7 business days.


Returns

We want your shopping experience with W SOLAR to be hassle-free, even when it comes to returns.

  • New, undamaged, and unmodified products are eligible for returns within 30 days for a refund.
  • Returns beyond 30 days require special authorization.
  • A 15% restocking fee and shipping costs apply to all returns.
  • Modified products cannot be returned, as modifications void our warranty policy. If you send us a modified product for a refund, it will be returned at your expense.
  • W SOLAR waives the restocking fee and covers return shipping in the following cases:
    • Carrier damage
    • Defective product
    • Product inconsistency with advertisements
    • Incorrect product received
    • Extra product received (not ordered)
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for both return shipping and the restocking fee.

Why is there a restocking fee?

Every returned product must be inspected and tested by our Technical Support and Engineering teams before it can be resold. The restocking fee covers labor costs associated with this process.

Replacements

If you experience issues with your product, please contact our tech support at info@wsolar.com or call 1-877-988-6677.

  • Our team will assist with troubleshooting and determine if a refund or replacement is applicable.
  • If a replacement is required:
    • We will arrange for return shipping of the defective product.
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement.
  • Damage caused by improper handling during installation (whether by a professional or the customer) is not eligible for replacement or refund.

Transit Damage Claims

  • Report transit damage immediately. We strongly recommend inspecting packages upon arrival.
  • Damage claims must be submitted within 21 days, per FedEx policy.
  • Provide photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label when submitting a claim. Send this information to sales@wsolar.com.
