Order Processing

For contiguous U.S. Orders: Processing time can take between 1-3 business days.

Shipping

W SOLAR offers a variety of shipping methods as listed below, as well as free ground shipping on many of our products. Any items that qualify for free shipping will be identified on the product listing page. Shipping times are based on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays and weekends. Depending on your order, your purchase may arrive in multiple packages. For orders with a value of $200 or more, a signature may be required. If you would like to waive the signature requirement, you must let a representative known as soon as possible at 1-800-831-9889.

Please note that not all items are eligible for Two Day or One Day shipping due to size, weight, hazardous materials, and delivery address.

Shipments cannot be rerouted once a package has been shipped.

Any orders in need of replacements due to shipping errors or damages in shipment will be sent out via ground shipping. Replacement orders cannot be expedited.

Shipping damages must be reported within 14 days upon delivery date.  Photos of the damage, shipping label, and outer box must be provided to process the damage claim.

We understand that often professional installation is desired. However, we strongly suggest that you wait until you have received and verified the condition of your order before scheduling any work to commence with your new W SOLAR products. While we strive to provide the best quality products and expect a high level of service from our third-party carriers, we recognize that at times a product or particular delivery method does not meet our standards or quoted delivery date. Due to unforeseen issues potentially occurring, we strongly suggest that you wait until you receive and verify your products, as we cannot be held responsible for delays in scheduled work.

Continental U.S.

Ground: Most W SOLAR products have free ground shipping offered and can take between 3-5 business days.

Two Day: Two-Day shipping is available for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Second Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if placed by 12:00pm PST on a business day, or processed the following business day if placed after 12pm PST.

All orders must have a valid street address, expedited orders cannot be sent to PO Boxes. Again, as mentioned above, not all items are eligible for Two-Day shipping due to size, weight, hazardous materials, and delivery address.

One Day: One Day shipping is available for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. One Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if placed by 12:00 pm PST on a business day, or processed the following business day if placed after 12:00 pm PST.

All orders must have a valid street address, expedited orders cannot be sent to PO Boxes. Again, as mentioned above, not all items are eligible for One Day shipping due to size, weight, hazardous materials, and delivery address.

Freight: Free shipping for US customers. Please note that return orders by freight will have a $500 charge for delivery and return transportation ($250 each way).

Other freight delivery charges are listed below:

-Delivery to remote areas may incur additional cost up to $50 - $270.

-Delivery to limited access areas such as schools or churches will incur additional cost starting at $50.

-Deliveries that require a change of address or rescheduling will be subject to storage fees ($20/day) and/or rerouting fees ($75 - $300).

International

Depending on where you’re located, W SOLAR may be able to ship a purchase internationally. Please email us your address at sales@wsolar.com so that we can check the rate and service area to confirm if shipment is possible. International orders may take 5-7 business days for shipping.

 

Returns

W SOLAR would like to ensure that your shopping experience is unsurpassed, even for a return. We realize that, for whatever reason, you may decide to return your purchase.

For new, undamaged, and unmodified products, W SOLAR offers a 30-day refund policy. Products returned outside 30 days require special authorization. Any return submitted for a refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs. In the case of product modification, W SOLAR will not accept your return as it voids our warranty policy. If you send us a modified product for a refund, the product will be returned to you at your expense.

Please note that W SOLAR will waive the restocking fee and pay the shipping costs of the returned item(s) for the following reasons: carrier damage, defective product, product inconsistent with advertisements, incorrect product, or for extra product you did not order. For any other reasons, customers are responsible for shipping and restocking fees.

W SOLAR values our customer relationships. Therefore, we offer you a brief explanation for our restocking fee. All customer return items must be inspected and tested by our Technical Support and Engineering departments for performance and continuity before they can be restocked for sale. This fee is not a simple handling fee, but an attempt to cover the labor costs involved with customer returns.

Replacements

If there is any issue with your product, please contact our tech support at info@wsolar.com or 1-800-831-9889. Our representatives will assist you in troubleshooting your product and if any damage occurred due to the manufacturing or our shipping process, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement. In the event a replacement is necessary, we will arrange for return shipping of the old part. Once the part has been received and inspected, we will ship the replacement part. If damage occurs due to improper handling during the setup or installation, whether done professionally or by the customer, then the product is no longer eligible for replacement or refund.

For damages during transit, please notify us immediately. It is important to open packages to ensure they arrived safely. We cannot honor any damage claims past 21 days due to FedEx's claim policy. Photos of the damages, outer packaging, and label are required and should be submitted to sales@wsolar.com
